52 of the best Czech chefs present their recipes in complete three-course menus. In their biographies we will also learn which world cuisine inspires them most in their work and much more. In addition to traditional Czech recipes classified as Central European cuisine, we can find recipes with Creole, Asian, Middle Eastern, Scandinavian, Mediterranean, French and American steakhouse cuisine. For each dish, the selected chefs prepared a detailed recipe with all the necessary ingredients. The chefs also cooked their dishes for the readers themselves in their kitchens and served them for inspiration. We have faithfully captured everything in full-page photos next to the recipes. The uniqueness of the book is underlined by the wine pairing of the well-known and experienced oenologist Hynek Vich, who personally selected the ideal wine to suit the recipes and tastes. He took into account both the resulting taste of the dish and the cost of the individual ingredients. As a result, the flavors are in harmony, as well as the price level of the presented dishes and selected wines. Another condition was the availability of selected wines.
